Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Because I believe that tending to one's mental health is part of a holistic plan of self-care followed throughout a person's lifetime, I encourage clients to seek services before a medically-based and diagnosable mental health problem exists. Because coverage of mental health services by most health insurance plans is limited to the treatment of medically-based mental health issues with an associated mental health diagnoses, I offer a reduced fee for payment directly by the client, or through a non-medical plan, such as an employee benefit plan. The cost of services is based upon your household income. In addition, services are available at an hourly group rate of $150.00 for groups of 5 or less. More information is available upon request.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you miss your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay up to the full cost of the treatment as booked.
